$15 Coupon On Orders Over $50

Shipping & Delivery Methods

We do not process orders on the weekend. Please note that all or part of your order may be shipped from the manufacturer and may require an additional 3 days processing time. Orders placed using an expedited shipping option (Next Day or Second Day Shipping) will be contacted if the order will not ship out right away.

Domestic Shipping (USA) offers Federal Express and FedEx SmartPost on all US orders.

Standard Shipping is provided in partnership with Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS). The service is called SmartPost. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.

The Standard Shipping program works as follows: FedEx picks up your package from our warehouse, processes (sorts) and transports your package to USPS. Then, USPS accepts your package and makes the final delivery to your mailing address.

Returns & Replacements

Except for the brands listed below, will provide a free exchange or full refund for up to 60 days after the date of purchase (orders placed during November can receive refunds/exchanges for 60 days or January 15th of the following year, whichever is later). Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If the item is in original condition when it is returned it will be promptly refunded in full. Any items that are returned damaged, opened, tags removed, or not in original condition may receive only a partial refund up to, but not always, 50% of the purchase.

The following brands can only be returned in the event of a manufacturer defect, and otherwise cannot be returned for exchange or refund: Nike, Sport-Tek, Port Authority, Red House, Jerzees, Port & Company, and Gildan.

How to Return an Item for Exchange or Refund

If the item(s) you are returning meets the above criteria, please contact us first to receive your return authorization and return instructions.  When you contact us, please provide:

  1. Your name & order number or order date (so we can look up your order)
  2. The specific item(s) you would like to return (including quantities)
  3. Why you want to return the item(s)
  4. Whether you want an exchange or refund
  5. The address from which you will be returning the product

We will respond to your request by email and will provide you with return instructions.

Clearance Items

We do not accept returns on clearance items unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within ten (10) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale.

Shipping Refunds

In connection with a refund, we will also refund your original shipping charge if you used the Standard Shipping method.
