Free Shipping is available on all orders in the United States over $100. The order will ship via Standard Shipping.
Shipping & Delivery Methods
We do not process orders on the weekend. Please note that all or part of your order may be shipped from the manufacturer and may require an additional 3 days processing time. Orders placed using an expedited shipping option (Next Day or Second Day Shipping) will be contacted if the order will not ship out right away.
Domestic Shipping (USA) Outersports.com offers Federal Express and FedEx SmartPost on all US orders.
Standard Shipping is provided in partnership with Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS). The service is called SmartPost. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery within the 48 contiguous states.
The Standard Shipping program works as follows: FedEx picks up your package from our warehouse, processes (sorts) and transports your package to USPS. Then, USPS accepts your package and makes the final delivery to your mailing address.
Outersports.com offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail to most international countries. Typical transit time is between 6-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. For any US orders placed on or after January 1, 2013, Outersports.com will provide a free exchange or full refund for up to 365 days after the date of purchase, and we even provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
To qualify for a return it's simple: the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. The item also must have purchased on or after January 1, 2013 and shipped to somewhere in the United States.How to Return an Item for Exchange or Refund

- The address from which you will be returning the product
We will respond to your request by email and will provide you with a return authorization code, pre-paid return label, and return instructions.

We do not accept returns on clearance items unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within ten (10) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale.
In connection with a refund, we will also refund your original shipping charge if you used the Standard Shipping method.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Unless you are given an official quote in writing, you must place your order to lock in pricing.
Discount Coupons are occasionally offered to customers for various reasons including, but not limited to: store credits for returned items, Outersports.com promotions, etc. When a discount coupon is offered, the terms of its use is explained in the offer. We do not offer any general discount coupons so please do not contact us to request a discount coupon.
Updating Account Information
- If you created an account when you placed your order, your account information can be updated by you online at any time. Simply login here to your secure customer account center and update your account information.
- If you recently placed an order and need to update your shipping/delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can try to reroute your package prior to delivery.
